Background

Amanda Saab grew up learning to cook in kitchens that smelled like za’atar and rose water and filled with family. Today, she brings that same heritage — rooted in Lebanon, Dearborn and Detroit — to every class, every event and every plate she touches.

Cedar & Saffron is more than a catering company. It’s a kitchen where culture is kept alive, where young people learn what they’re capable of, and where every meal tells a story worth sharing.

Cedar & Saffron brings the warmth, depth and intention of Lebanese cuisine to your table — whether that’s an intimate dinner party, a corporate gathering, or a milestone worth celebrating. Amanda and her team craft menus rooted in heritage and made for the moment: seasonal, soulful, and always made with care.

This isn’t catering as an afterthought. It’s the meal your guests will talk about on the way home.
